What can be ordered through this site?
Sales members can use the Sample Store to order product samples, marketing displays, credit requests, and literature, as well as polo shirts and other swag items. Check the homepage for the most recently added products.

Will I receive an update when my samples have shipped?
Yes. You will receive an email notification any time the status of your order is updated.

How do I use stored addresses?
On the checkout page you will find a dropdown containing all stored addresses in the Sample Store customer database. Use the search bar in the dropdown to find the address you need. Allow a few seconds for the page to refresh and populate the data. If the information is incorrect or incomplete, simply edit the individual boxes to update the information for your order.

Can I make changes to a stored address?
Any changes you make during the checkout process will only be applied to your order. To permanently update stored information, please contact the site admin with details of the change.

What happens when I submit an order?
Once an order has been placed, it will be sent to Inside Sales for final approval. Once approved, inside sales will submit the information to the Sample Shop or a third party vendor, when applicable. The sample ship will produce the order and ship once it’s ready. You will receive a notification with tracking information once it’s available.
